1. Description for Sand Pump

The main products of the company covers thirteen major series of pumps like slag slurry pump, sludge pump, and submersible pump, with over 100 types.

Sand pump is a kind of centrifugal slurry pump, used for transporting slurry containing sand, slag, etc.

Pump lining generally fall into two kinds, wear resistant metal and rubber. In addition, the high pressure water injection pump shaft sliding parts, in case of mud into the sliding parts. This kind of pump can be used to contain granularity in more than 48 mesh of the coarse grained solid liquid transportation.

2. Application for Sand Pump 

The sand pump is mainly used in the particles so that the general slurry pump can deliver strong abrasive materials continuous transmission. Suitable for dredging, gravel, dredging river, mining and metal smelting blast slag conveyer, etc.

5. Working Principle for Sand Pump 

Sand slurry pump impeller fastening on the pump shaft and installed in the pump shell, the pump shaft connection motor has direct drive power, pump shaft to drive the impeller rotates, blade on the one hand, promotes the water bodies, and driven centrifugal effect produced by the rotation of the water at the same time. Water bodies under the action of centrifugal force and thrust of the blade flow and increase pressure, water flow by the axial flow impeller along the blade oblique flow, when the speed of the pump must be the pressure head and flow rate is related to the impeller diameter.
